As a Chartered Nautical Surveyor registered with the Chamber of Commerce's Roll of Surveyors and Experts, I work alongside the client - private, shipowner, company or law firm - providing qualified and independent technical support at every stage of the proceedings. The goal is to analyze the situation with technical rigor, verify the findings of the Court-appointed Technical Consultancy (CTU) and prepare timely, reasoned and documented observations.<\/p>\n

CTP activities include: document analysis, on-board surveys, technical surveys, verification of structural or plant damage, assessment of construction or refitting defects, ascertainment of causes of claims, estimation of restoration costs, and preparation of detailed technical reports. Each paper is developed with clear technical language, expert methodology, and reference to current regulations and good marine industry practices.<\/p>\n

I work on yachts, motor boats and wooden boats, with particular experience on Riva and Chris-Craft, intervening throughout the country and internationally.<\/p>\n
